Purley
Featuring a beautiful bay window, we were able to work this feature into the design while utilising the space efficiently. This extension required a strategy to better use the existing floor plan rather than extending out unnecessarily to better use the space that was already available when configured optimally.
The project resulted in a small extension but key internal changes which transformed the living space and provided a spacious and social kitchen.

This Victorian terrace house featured a small kitchen and no downstairs WC facilities.
This project required using as much as the available footprint as possible and skylights to bring in the daylight to the center of the house.

The design brief was to create a large, light filled rear extension leading to a veranda. As well as home study and larger front reception room with skylights throughout.
This project included the use of bespoke skylights, pocket doors, a dual aspect fireplace and large sliding doors.

This extension was designed in conjunction with taking interior walls out and creating a spacious and open ground floor.
We utilised the existing utility room by adding a downstairs WC and creating a side entrance with a separate boot room to the side. This left the rear extension to have uninterrupted garden views.

We turned this 1-bedroom property into a well-proportioned 2-bedroom home with an open plan kitchen diner.
We utilised both the conservatory and the porch to create additional habitable rooms as well as re-designing and removing the inefficient uses of space.
